The staff was friendly, always happy to assist with any requests i had. i especially loved cristina and pedro. They provided excellent entertainment. the hotel location is great, a short walk from the beach and shops.
the noise from neighboring balconies carried quite easily.

i found the breakfast to be amazing, offering many options, including a special celiac menu for those with dietary restrictions. the pool bar also served very good snacks at great prices, which i really appreciated.

the pools are very nice and have two lifeguards on duty at all times, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. there is also a small playground, perfect if you have young children needing a dedicated play space. the entire hotel was super clean, something i valued.

it was a short drive to portaventura park, very convenient for a family outing. the location provides easy access to the beach, various shops, and a supermarket. free parking in front is a plus!

The hotel location was great. The apartment suited my needs perfectly. The pool view from my room was excellent. The pool bar menu offered good options.
The room acoustics were not ideal. I could hear chairs moving in nearby apartments. I also heard children running in the hallways. This made sleeping difficult sometimes.
